Great family vacation for young and old(er)

We were very happy with the condo. It was spacious, had a gorgeous view, and was very quiet. Luterally could spend a day sitting on the patio listening to the ocean.

We loved having the space between rooms and had many game nights around the table. Julie was very responsive when we had questions and the location was near stores, restaurants and many "things-to-do". We parked on Level 3 and there was plenty of covered parking and the elevators were fast!

It is a great place to spend a vacation with parent, grandparents and children. We would definitely stay again.

This unit is excellent and the owner is so easy to work with. We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area for over twenty years, and this was by far the cleanest unit we have ever rented. We so appreciate that. Communication with the owner is so easy. Julie responds almost immediately. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to coming back next year.

This property was amazing for my husband and extended family. We all loved that we had a bathroom and balcony in each of our rooms. Pictures were exactly as room was. The view is amazing.

Jules was super easy to work with and she ever checked in on us.

We are not a family to be at the beach in the sand, but we love looking and hearing all the ocean sounds and seeing the people having fun! The condo was awesome! So much room, all the cooking things you would need, great balconies and soooo relaxing! Jules was great at answering your questions and was eager to help if needed!

We have already made our reservations for next year with Jules for the same Condo!

This is a very well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on an upper floor. The unit is maintained very well & boasts all the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, & the linens are equivalent to a high-end hotel. Jules is a fantastic owner! The coffee maker wasn’t working properly & she immediately offered to reimburse us if we wanted to pick up a new one for the condo. We will be back next year!

Superb Accommodations!
Communication with the owner was fantastic throughout the booking process and our stay. The condo has many upscale features that were very much appreciated -- fine sheets, nice comfortors, ample bath towels. The flat screen televisions in each room met our varying interests during the off-beach hours. The decor -- tile floor and granite counters -- were very nice. Absolutely no complaints! The building is pretty new. Other than competition for elevators at move in time, everything was great. No problems with parking availability. We never made it to the indoor pool, but the external pools and jacuzzi's were nice after the beach or early evenings. Property was very clean and there is now an outdoor bar on the ground level (if you are so inclined). We've done Myrtle Beach in the Restaurant Row area more than a dozen times. This was our first time in North Myrtle Beach and the area was excellent -- less traffic, easy to get around, everything nearby that you needed, etc. Beach wasn't as crowded, was clean, and a totally excellent experience. This condo is a keeper!

Amazing Getaway!
We recently got home from North Myrtle Beach where we had a terrific time reconnecting as a family. it's been a really long, stressful yeat and just being able to look out onto the ocean from our bed was deliciously relaxing. kudos to our host, Julie, and to the accommodations, which were lovely, spacious, and most comfortable. The rental fee was very competitive, and the views were fantastic.

​Great Week!
We stayed here for a week in May and had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable, clean and spacious. The view was amazing. Julie Reynolds was extremely helpful to accommodate us. My kids had the best time in the pools and lazy river. We were very pleased with our stay!
